Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping-
All orders are shipped out within 24-36 hrs (unless specified otherwise on the product page). The cut off time for orders is 1:00pm, which means that if you place your order before that time it will ship out the same day.
Please note: During sale periods, our team experiences a high volume of orders, which may occasionally lead to slight delays in processing and dispatch. We want to assure you that every order is a priority, and our team works diligently to ship them as quickly as possible.
All orders are delivered in 4-5 business days at majority of the pin codes. Some pin codes like J & K, Northeast etc. might take longer to get delivered, around 8-10 business days.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified. Please review all details carefully before checkout.If your order has not been shipped yet, we’ll try our best to help with any change or cancellation request made via email, DM or call, but we cannot guarantee it.
Once the order is shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible under any circumstances.
Partial COD:
A small advance is paid upfront, and the balance is paid at delivery. Please note : the advance is non-refundable if the parcel is not accepted upon delivery.
Return -
You can exchange your products within 3 days, starting from the date of delivery. Please contact us at support@untld.in to process your reverse shipments.
Reimbursement will be done in the form of product replacement, store credit or refund.
Products purchased on sale or through cash on delivery (COD) are not eligible for bank refunds. Refunds for these orders will only be provided as store credit or exchanged for another product, subject to availability.
Store credits will be sent via email as a unique code that can be entered during checkout to redeem. Please note that these credits will be temporarily suspended during any site-wide sale.
No form of returns accepted on international orders.
An order can only be exchanged or returned once.
We do not accept exchange or return requests for items that have already been exchanged. No exceptions.
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (150rs.) and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Q: Will any extra charges be applied on product returns?
A: No extra charges will be applied on product exchange concerning delivery of WRONG PRODUCTS or WRONG SIZE or DAMAGED PRODUCTS. In case a customer does not like the product or size and wants to exchange/return their product, a nominal reverse shipping fee will be charged from the customer. Reverse shipping charges vary between 100 to 150 per product.
Q: How many days does it take to exchange my product?
A: For replacement of product - If the product you want is available, we ship out your new product within 24 hrs. of completion of the reverse delivery. If not, you will have to wait for it to be restocked or opt for another product.
For refunds or store credit - It takes around 2-4 days, from the date of reverse delivery fulfilment, for your refund or store credit to process.
Q: How do I place a return/exchange request?
A: To initiate a return or exchange request, please navigate to the main menu and tap on "Initiate Return/Exchange." All subsequent steps are straightforward, but if you require any assistance, please feel free to reach out us. Reverse shipping charges vary between 100 to 150 per product.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons like shortage of stock, website malfunction etc.
