Exchange requests accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Options for refunds: product replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on order type).

Items bought on sale or via COD → refund only via store credit / exchange, not bank refund.

COD fees (₹150) & shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns by choice (size, change of mind) → reverse shipping fee ₹100–₹150 applies.

Return or exchange allowed only once per order (no multiple exchanges).

Replacement orders, if stock is available, ship within 24 hours of return receipt.

Refunds / credit issuance take 2–4 business days post return.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For wrong, damaged or incorrect items → no reverse shipping charge.

Reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock or system issues.
